How to order
- Browse the online menu and add products to your cart.
- Choose delivery at checkout and double-check your address and phone number.
- You will receive a confirmation message once your order is placed.
- A driver delivers your order during the delivery window.
ID at the door
Ontario law requires cannabis deliveries to be handed directly to an adult. When the driver arrives:
- The person receiving the order must be 19 or older.
- They must show valid government-issued photo ID.
- The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
- Orders cannot be left at the door or with anyone else.
Drivers meet you at the door or entry point and do not enter homes.
Missed deliveries
If no one 19+ is available, valid ID is not shown, the address is incorrect, or the driver cannot reach you, the order goes back to the store and is rescheduled for the next available window. A redelivery fee may apply.
Payment, substitutions and cancellations
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to suggest an alternative or remove it, and you will not be charged for it. Orders can be cancelled by contacting the store before they are dispatched.
