ID rules at the door
Ontario rules require cannabis to be handed directly to an adult. The person receiving the order must be 19 or older, show valid government-issued photo ID and match the name on the order. Orders cannot be left at the door, in a mailbox or with anyone else. Drivers meet you at the door and do not enter homes.
If you miss the delivery
If no one 19+ is available, ID cannot be shown, or the driver cannot reach you, the order returns to the store and is rescheduled for the next window. A redelivery fee may apply. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.
Why buy from a licensed store
Only AGCO-authorized stores and the Ontario Cannabis Store can legally sell or deliver recreational cannabis in Ontario. Unlicensed delivery services are illegal and their products are untested. Every product we deliver carries an excise stamp and a regulated label; see how to read a cannabis label.
