We price match
If a licensed cannabis store within 5 km of Mellow Malibu has the identical product in stock for less, we will match its price on your in-store purchase.
How it works
1. In-store purchases only
Price matching applies to in-store transactions at 647 Welham Rd, Unit 10, Barrie.
2. Regular and sale prices
We match a competitor’s current regular price or advertised sale price.
3. Bring proof
Show us the competitor’s website on your phone, a screenshot, or a flyer. It must clearly show the product name, weight or format (for example 3.5 g or a 1 g vape), the competitor’s name, the current price and that the product is available.
4. Identical product, in stock
The product must be the same brand, strain, size and SKU, and it must be in stock at the competitor’s location when you ask.
5. Within 5 km
The competitor must be located within 5 kilometres of Mellow Malibu.
6. Licensed stores only
The competitor must be an AGCO-authorized, brick-and-mortar cannabis store in Ontario. We do not match illegal or unlicensed websites, delivery services or grey-market sellers.
Exclusions
Price matching does not apply to:
- Bulk or wholesale pricing
- Clearance or liquidation events
- Misprints or pricing errors
- Expired promotions
- Bundles or buy-one-get-one offers that cannot be fairly compared
- Stores more than 5 km away
How to request a price match
- Visit Mellow Malibu in store.
- Show proof of the competitor’s price.
- Our team checks the product and eligibility.
- If approved, you pay the matched price at checkout.
