GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. What is Mellow Malibu?

Mellow Malibu is a fully licensed cannabis retail store operated by Fire Ganja Limited. We offer high-quality cannabis products, accessories, and exceptional customer service in Barrie and surrounding areas.


2. What are your store hours?

Store hours may vary—please check mellowmalibu.ca or Google Maps for the most current hours.


3. Do I need to be 19+ to shop?

Yes. You must be 19 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo ID to enter the store, purchase cannabis, or receive delivery.


4. What forms of ID do you accept?

We accept any valid government-issued photo ID, including:

  • Driver’s licence
  • Passport
  • Ontario photo card
  • Permanent resident card

5. What products do you carry?

We carry a full selection of:

  • Dried flower
  • Pre-rolls
  • Vapes & cartridges
  • Concentrates
  • Edibles
  • Beverages
  • Oils & capsules
  • Accessories (grinders, papers, lighters, etc.)

6. Can I reserve products online?

Yes! Use our Click & Collect option to reserve items online and pick them up in-store.


7. Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer fast and affordable delivery.

Delivery Rates:

  • $4 delivery in Barrie & Innisfil
  • FREE delivery on orders $50+ before tax

Delivery Hours:

  • Daily from 2 PM – 10 PM
  • Orders placed after 10 PM are delivered the next day

8. How do I track my delivery order?

You’ll receive updates via text or the store once your order is out for delivery. If you have questions, contact us anytime.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

9. Can I return cannabis products?

Cannabis sales are final, except in cases of:

  • Defective product
  • Wrong item received
  • Packaging issues
  • Official product recalls

Returns must be made within 15 days with the original packaging and receipt.


10. Can I return accessories?

Unopened accessories in original packaging may be eligible for exchange within 15 days with a receipt.
Opened or used accessories are final sale unless defective.


LOYALTY PROGRAM

11. How does the loyalty program work?

Earn points on every purchase!

  • 1 point per $1 spent
  • Redeem 100 points for 10% off your purchase

Create an account in-store or online to get started.


12. How do I check my points balance?

You can check your points:

  • In-store at checkout
  • Through your online account (if enabled)
  • By asking a budtender at any time

PRICE MATCHING

13. Do you price match?

Absolutely! We price match AND price beat by 5%.

Requirements:

  • Must be an identical product
  • Must be in stock at a legal cannabis retailer within 10 km
  • Proof of lower price required
  • Applies in-store only

ONLINE ACCOUNTS & PAYMENT

14. Do I need an account to shop online?

You can browse freely, but you need an account for:

  • Click & Collect
  • Loyalty points
  • Faster checkout
  • Order history

15. What payment methods do you accept?

In-store:

  • Debit
  • Credit
  • Cash (if permitted)

Delivery:

  • Debit/credit (depending on driver capability)
  • Online payment (if available)

LEGAL & SAFETY

16. Are your products legal and regulated?

Yes. All cannabis products are sourced directly from the Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS) and are fully regulated under Health Canada and AGCO standards.


17. Can someone else pick up my order?

No. For legal and security reasons:

  • The person picking up must be the one who placed the order
  • They must show valid government-issued photo ID

18. Can delivery be left at my door?

No. Ontario regulations require a 19+ adult to receive the delivery with ID. Deliveries cannot be left unattended.
