Mellow Malibu is proud to offer fast, reliable, and affordable cannabis delivery to our local communities. All deliveries are carried out in compliance with Ontario regulations and AGCO delivery requirements, including age verification and secure handoff procedures.


1. Delivery Areas & Fees

We currently deliver to the following regions:

Barrie

  • $4 delivery fee
  • FREE delivery on orders $50+ before tax

Innisfil

  • $4 delivery fee
  • FREE delivery on orders $50+ before tax

Additional delivery areas may be added in the future.


2. Delivery Hours

Our delivery window is:

Daily • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Orders placed before 10:00 PM are delivered same-day during the delivery window.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be delivered the following day between 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, and actual delivery times may vary based on order volume, weather, and traffic conditions.


3. Minimum Order Requirements

There is no minimum order for delivery.
However, orders must reach $50 before tax to qualify for free delivery.


4. Age Verification Requirements

Under Ontario law, cannabis deliveries must be handed directly to an adult. Therefore:

  • The recipient must be 19+
  • A government-issued photo ID must be shown at the door
  • The name on the order must match the person receiving it
  • Deliveries cannot be left unattended or dropped off at the door

If a customer cannot provide valid ID at the time of delivery, the order will be returned to the store, and a redelivery fee may apply.


5. Delivery Procedure

Once your order is placed:

  1. You will receive a confirmation message from Mellow Malibu.
  2. A driver will deliver your order within the scheduled delivery window.
  3. You must be available in person to receive your order and present valid ID.

Our drivers will not enter residences and will meet you at the door or designated entry point.


6. Missed Deliveries

A delivery may be considered “missed” if:

  • No one aged 19+ is available at the address
  • The customer does not present proper government-issued ID
  • The address provided is inaccessible or incorrect
  • The customer does not respond to driver contact attempts

In the event of a missed delivery:

  • The order will be returned to the store
  • A $4 redelivery fee may apply
  • Deliveries will be rescheduled for the next available window

7. Payments

Payment methods accepted for delivery orders:

  • Debit upon delivery (if enabled)
  • Credit card (if enabled through online checkout)
  • Cash (if permitted by store policy)

Payment methods may vary and are subject to change.


8. Product Availability & Substitutions

While we do our best to keep our menus accurate and up-to-date, product availability may vary. If an item is unavailable:

  • We will contact you to suggest alternatives
  • You may choose to remove or replace the item
  • You will not be charged for out-of-stock items

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting the store directly.
Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
