Click & Collect Policy

Mellow Malibu offers a convenient Click & Collect option so customers can browse online, reserve products, and pick them up in-store quickly and securely. All orders follow Ontario cannabis regulations, including strict age verification requirements.
1. How Click & Collect Works
- Browse products on mellowmalibu.ca
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
- Choose “Click & Collect / In-Store Pickup” as your order method
- Receive an order confirmation once your order is placed
- Visit the store to pick up your order during operating hours
Your order will be prepared as quickly as possible once it is placed.
2. Order Pickup Window
- Orders can typically be picked up same day, during normal store operating hours.
- Orders must be picked up within 24 hours of placement.
- Any order not picked up within 24 hours may be cancelled automatically, and the products returned to inventory.
We will hold orders for longer only at our discretion and based on product availability.
3. Identification Requirements
In accordance with AGCO rules:
- You must present valid government-issued photo ID proving you are 19+ years old
- The name on the order must match the person picking up the order
- We cannot release orders to anyone other than the person who placed it
Acceptable ID includes: Ontario Driver’s Licence, Passport, Ontario Photo Card, and other government-issued photo IDs.
4. Payment Methods
Depending on store setup, payment may occur:
- Online at checkout, OR
- In-store at pickup (debit/credit/cash depending on store acceptance)
If paying in-store, your order will not be released until payment is completed.
5. Product Availability
While we make every effort to ensure online inventory is accurate, circumstances may arise where:
- A product becomes unavailable
- A product does not pass final quality review
- Pricing or inventory errors occur
In such cases, we will contact you to:
- Suggest an alternative, OR
- Remove the item from your order, OR
- Cancel the order if necessary
You will not be charged for any product that becomes unavailable.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request:
- Order modifications, as long as the order has not been finalized or prepared
- Order cancellation, before pickup
To request changes, contact the store directly as soon as possible.
Once the order is prepared or paid for, changes may not be possible.
7. Returns / Exchanges for Click & Collect Orders
All Click & Collect purchases follow our Returns & Refund Policy:
- Cannabis products are final sale, except for
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Manufacturer/OCS recalls
- Accessories may be eligible for exchange depending on condition

8. Missed Pickup
An order is considered “missed” if you:
- Do not arrive within 24 hours
- Cannot provide valid government-issued ID
- Do not match the customer information on the order
- Refuse to complete payment (if paying in-store)
Missed orders may be cancelled, and you may need to place a new order.
