What is Mellow Malibu?
Mellow Malibu is an AGCO-authorized cannabis store at 647 Welham Rd, Unit 10, Barrie, operated by Fire Ganja Limited (authorization CRSA1445533).
What are your store hours?
Monday to Saturday 9am–11pm, and Sunday 11am–11pm.
Do I need to be 19+ to shop?
Yes. You must be 19 or older, with valid government-issued photo ID, to enter the store, buy cannabis, pick up an order or receive a delivery.
What ID do you accept?
Any valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s licence, passport, Ontario Photo Card or permanent resident card.
Products and ordering
What do you carry?
Flower, pre-rolls, infused pre-rolls, cartridge and disposable vapes, concentrates, edibles, beverages, oils, capsules, topicals and accessories. See the live selection on our online menu.
Can I order online and pick up?
Yes. Place a click & collect order online and pick it up in store within 24 hours. The person who placed the order must pick it up and show ID.
Do you deliver?
Yes, to addresses within 42 km of our store, including Barrie, Innisfil, Bradford, Essa, Springwater, Oro-Medonte, Wasaga Beach and King, from 9am to 11pm. Fees start at $5 and are based on distance from our store; your exact fee is shown at checkout. Most orders arrive the same day. See our Delivery Policy.
How will I know when my delivery is coming?
You will receive a confirmation message when your order is placed, and you can contact the store any time for an update.
Can a delivery be left at my door?
No. Ontario rules require a 19+ adult to receive the order in person and show ID.
Can someone else pick up my order?
No. The person who placed the order must pick it up and show valid photo ID.
Returns
Can I return cannabis products?
Cannabis sales are final, except for defective products, incorrect items, packaging issues or official recalls. Returns must be made within 15 days with the original packaging and receipt. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Can I return accessories?
Unopened accessories in original packaging may be exchanged within 15 days with a receipt. Opened or used accessories are final sale unless defective.
Club Malibu loyalty
How does the loyalty program work?
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent before tax. Redeem 100 points for 5% off, 200 points for 10% off, or 300 points for 15% off. See Club Malibu.
How do I check my points?
Ask our staff in store, check your online account, or look at your receipt.
Price match
Do you price match?
Yes, on in-store purchases. If a licensed, brick-and-mortar cannabis store within 5 km has the identical product in stock for less, we will match its price. Bring proof such as a screenshot or the competitor’s website. See the Price Match Policy.
Accounts and payment
Do I need an account to shop online?
You can browse without one, but you need an account for click & collect, delivery, loyalty points and order history.
What payment methods do you accept?
In store: debit, credit and cash. For delivery, accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
Legal
Are your products legal and regulated?
Yes. All cannabis products are purchased through the Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS) and produced by Health Canada–licensed producers.
